I had the pleasure of enjoying lunch with friends at Churrascaria Azul in Porto. This spot is very much a local gem, exuding the feel of a working person’s cafeteria. The atmosphere is minimalistic, with simple tables and a couple of TVs on the wall, creating a laid-back environment perfect for a casual meal.

We opted for the plate of the day, which featured two hamburger patties topped with a perfectly cooked egg, accompanied by a generous serving of French fries and rice. This hearty meal was incredibly satisfying and came at the unbeatable price of just €5.

After our meal, we couldn’t resist the allure of a classic Portuguese espresso, priced at a mere €0.80 each. The coffee was the perfect end to our meal, providing a rich and robust flavor that lingered pleasantly.
